Thank you for choosing our home. We want everyone to enjoy a comfortable, safe, and pleasant stay. Please read and follow the following rules and guidelines.


1. ๐Ÿก TREAT THE UNIT LIKE YOUR HOME

Please treat the unit, furniture, appliances, fixtures, and amenities with care and respect.

  • Use all items responsibly and for their intended purpose.
  • Do not move, alter, dismantle, or modify furniture, appliances, or fixtures without prior approval.
  • Guests are responsible for damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
  • Any damage, loss, or excessive staining may be subject to repair, replacement, or cleaning charges.

2. ๐Ÿงน KEEP THE UNIT CLEAN

  • Dispose of trash properly and regularly.
  • Please take out trash daily and place it in the designated garbage disposal area.
  • Do not leave leftover food or spoiled/perishable food inside the unit upon checkout.
  • Clean the kitchen drain/filter after use to help prevent clogging.
  • Clean up food or liquid spills immediately.
  • Do not hang clothes, towels, blankets, or other items on windows.
  • Please leave the unit reasonably clean and organized upon checkout.

3. ๐Ÿšช KEEP COMMON AREAS CLEAR

  • Do not leave shoes, slippers, trash bags, or personal belongings outside the unit door.
  • Keep hallways and shared building areas clean and unobstructed.
  • Be considerate of other residents and guests.
  • Do not create excessive noise in common areas.

4. ๐Ÿ” SAFETY & SECURITY

  • Always double-lock the main door when leaving the unit.
  • Make sure windows are properly secured when leaving.
  • Keep access codes, keys, and keycards confidential.
  • Do not share access information with unauthorized individuals.
  • Do not allow unauthorized persons to stay overnight.
  • Turn off lights, air-conditioning units, and appliances when leaving the property.
  • Turn off and unplug appliances, chargers, and electronic devices when not in use.

5. ๐Ÿ‘ฅ REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY

  • Only guests included in the reservation are permitted to stay overnight.
  • Additional guests must be declared and approved before they stay.
  • Unauthorized overnight guests may be subject to additional charges.
  • The maximum occupancy must be respected.
  • Guests are responsible for ensuring that everyone in their group follows these house rules.

โšก 6. ELECTRICITY USAGE & EXCESS CONSUMPTION

Electricity is included in the accommodation subject to reasonable and responsible use.

To help keep electricity consumption reasonable:

  • Turn off the air-conditioning when leaving the unit for an extended period.
  • Keep doors and windows closed while the air-conditioning is operating.
  • Use reasonable temperature settings and avoid unnecessarily low temperatures.
  • Turn off lights and appliances when not in use.
  • Do not leave appliances running unnecessarily.
  • Avoid prolonged or excessive cooking.
  • Limit cooking to light meals only to help maintain a comfortable, clean, and energy-efficient environment.

Excess Electricity Consumption

If electricity consumption during a guest’s stay is significantly higher than the property’s normal/standard consumption, the excess electricity cost attributable to the guest’s stay shall be shouldered by the guest.

The excess amount may be calculated using the property’s actual electricity bill and a reasonable pro-rated calculation based on the guest’s stay.

Supporting electricity billing information and the calculation may be provided to the guest for transparency.

By confirming the reservation, the guest acknowledges and agrees to this Electricity Usage & Excess Consumption Policy.


7. ๐Ÿณ COOKING POLICY

Light cooking and simple meals are allowed.

To keep the unit clean, comfortable, and energy-efficient:

  • Please limit cooking to light meals.
  • Avoid deep-frying, grilling, or cooking that produces excessive smoke or grease.
  • Avoid foods that produce strong or persistent odors.
  • Avoid prolonged cooking or excessive meal preparation.
  • Clean the cooking area and utensils after use.
  • Do not leave food scraps or grease in the sink.
  • Do not leave cooking unattended.

8. ๐Ÿ›‹๏ธ FURNITURE, APPLIANCES & AMENITIES

Please use all furniture, appliances, and amenities responsibly.

Guests may be charged for:

  • Lost or missing items
  • Damaged items
  • Broken items
  • Excessively stained items
  • Damage caused by misuse or negligence
  • Repair or replacement costs resulting from guest-caused damage

Please report any existing damage or malfunction immediately upon arrival so that it can be properly documented.


9. ๐Ÿ“บ APPLIANCE USAGE

Air-Conditioning

  • Keep doors and windows closed while AC is operating.
  • Turn off AC when leaving the unit for an extended period.
  • Use reasonable temperature settings.

Refrigerator

  • Keep the refrigerator door closed when not in use.
  • Do not force the refrigerator door open.
  • Do not overload the refrigerator.
  • Store food properly.
  • Clean spills immediately.
  • Do not leave spoiled food behind at checkout.

Smart TV

  • Use the TV and remote responsibly.
  • Do not alter system settings or disconnect cables.
  • Log out of personal accounts before checkout.
  • Guests are responsible for damaged or missing remotes/accessories.


10. ๐Ÿ›’ HONESTY STORE

For your convenience, snacks, drinks, and other items may be available through our in-unit honesty store.

  • Please record all items taken or consumed.
  • Please record quantities accurately.
  • Payment must be settled before checkout.
  • Items taken but not declared will still be charged.
  • If you accidentally forget to record an item, please inform the host.

11. ๐Ÿšญ NO SMOKING

Smoking is strictly prohibited:

  • Inside the unit
  • In hallways
  • In common areas
  • Within prohibited building areas
  • Anywhere else prohibited by condominium regulations

Any applicable building fines or penalties resulting from violations will be the guest’s responsibility.


12. ๐Ÿคซ NOISE & CONSIDERATION FOR OTHERS

  • Please keep noise at a respectful level.
  • Avoid loud music, shouting, or disruptive activities.
  • Be considerate of neighbors, residents, and other guests.
  • Quiet hours should be observed in accordance with condominium/building regulations.
  • Parties and events are not allowed without prior written approval.

13. ๐Ÿ‘ค COMMUNICATION & REPORTING ISSUES

If you experience any problem during your stay:

  • Contact the host as soon as possible.
  • Report damaged or malfunctioning items immediately.
  • Report any existing damage upon arrival.
  • Do not attempt to repair appliances or fixtures yourself.
  • Prompt reporting gives us an opportunity to assist and resolve the issue.

14. ๐Ÿ’ฐ PROPERTY DAMAGE & ADDITIONAL CHARGES

The unit is inspected before and after every stay.

Guests may be responsible for reasonable costs associated with:

  • Damaged furniture
  • Damaged appliances
  • Damaged fixtures
  • Lost or missing items
  • Excessively stained items
  • Excessive cleaning required because of the guest’s stay
  • Damage caused by unauthorized guests
  • Damage caused by misuse or negligence
  • Building fines or penalties caused by guest violations
  • Excess electricity consumption as provided under the Electricity Usage & Excess Consumption Policy

Any applicable charges will be communicated to the guest with supporting information where available.

Your existing rules already establish that guest-caused damage and misuse/negligence may result in repair or replacement responsibility.


15. ๐Ÿข CONDOMINIUM & BUILDING RULES

Guests must comply with all condominium rules, building regulations, security procedures, and applicable local laws.

Any fines, penalties, or charges imposed because of a guest’s violation will be the sole responsibility of the guest.


16. ๐Ÿš— PARKING

  • Complimentary parking may be available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, subject to availability.
  • Parking is first-come, first-served.
  • A parking space cannot be guaranteed.
  • Parking outside the complimentary hours may require the use of available paid parking options.
  • Guests are responsible for following all building parking regulations.

17. ๐Ÿ•’ CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check-in: 3:00 PM
Check-out: 12:00 NN

  • Please observe the designated check-in and checkout times.
  • Early check-in or late checkout is subject to availability and prior approval.
  • Unauthorized late checkout may result in additional charges where applicable.
  • Before leaving, please ensure that personal belongings are removed and all appliances and lights are switched off.

18. ๐Ÿšจ SEVERE VIOLATIONS

The host/property management reserves the right to take appropriate action in cases involving:

  • Serious or repeated rule violations
  • Intentional property damage
  • Unauthorized occupancy
  • Smoking violations
  • Illegal activities
  • Excessive disturbance of neighbors or residents
  • Tampering with security/access systems
  • Serious misuse of appliances or amenities
  • Behavior that puts other guests, residents, or the property at risk

Where permitted by applicable rules and regulations, serious violations may result in termination of the stay without refund.
